The CLIRSPEC network aims to drive forward the field of Clinical Infrared and Raman Spectroscopy to enable the full potential of spectroscopic diagnostic and prognostic tools to be realised, such as improved patient outcome, more efficient public services and significant economic savings.
Our approach towards this is to bring together clinicians, academics and instrument manufacturers to create the critical mass that is able to overcome any current challenges that is impeding the implementation of spectroscopic tools.
